True Blue Homes only acts as a facilitator by providing a platform where homeowners can submit information to be shared with independent third-party real estate investors ("Investors").

We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the legitimacy, financial standing, or business practices of any Investor. We are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions between homeowners and Investors. By using this Site, you acknowledge that True Blue Homes assumes no liability for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your interactions with Investors.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, "Content") is the exclusive property of True Blue Homes or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Representations
